There is a whole lot of bad in that log. The tuner drivers don't seem to be working correctly since a lot of the queries to them are failing. You might want to restart wmc and make sure it is working correctly (can view live-tv), or just reboot your server machine.
It also seems like your recording tv folder is not set as a network share, and it possibly entered more than once into the wmc registry? Not sure about that, but go into wmc and check the recording tv folder location and make sure there is only one entry (the one you expect). Then make sure the recorded tv folder is shared so that your client machines can access it.
After all that, post the log again if you still have problems.

Yes, much much better. I can't tell from the log though whether your client is on the same machine as the server, but I am guessing it is, right? And you still can't play recordings? If so, try turning this setting back to the default, i.e.:
<Debug_RequestAllRecordings>false</Debug_RequestAllRecordings>
Then save the config and RESTART swmc. Let me know what happens.

Your fire is not able to access your recorded tv folder, that's what these errors in your log mean:
2015/01/03 04:32:36.137 StreamStartError> client 'localhost' reports error opening stream, will close stream down
2015/01/03 04:32:36.137 StreamStartError> client 'localhost' path to stream file: 'smb://Aaron:******@SERVER/Recorded TV/Beyond Scared Straight_AETVHD_2014_12_18_21_01_00.wtv'
My guess is, this is do to credentials. Make sure the credentials you entered into serverwmc's folder tab are correct.

Can you turn credentials off and it still works?

Your system seems to be back in the same state it was in on your first log. Try doing whatever you did then to fix it.

Do you have any strange characters in your username or password or anything like that? Perhaps that is tripping things up
Try creating a new windows user on your ServerPC called say "xbmc" with password "xbmc". The "everyone" permission on your share should mean that user can access it. Then specify xbmc/xbmc in the credentials in ServerWMC
also this client machine - is DNS all good for it? Can it ping "SERVER" and get the correct IP address? What have you set in the pvr.wmc addon settings on the client side, for the hostname/port of the ServerWMC machine? Are you using "SERVER" or have you specified the IP address? If you have to use IP address then you also need to put the IP address in ServerWMC side rather than the hostname "SERVER" since the client may not be able to resolve that path
