UFC Fight Pass?
#1
Hi All, I did a search on the forums and couldn't find anything for being able to log into the UFC Fight Pass Service through Kodi. I'd like to be able to do everything through kodiif possible and instead of going to the website ufc.tv is there a Video add-on that I could add my login info and it would scrape the site and give me access through Kodi? I'm guessing no since I can't find anything other than <add-on name removed> and I don't want to go that route since i pay for it. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Tom

Hello, I'm Bill.
I am already a Kodi Lover and I just started a week ago. So far, all I know about Kodi is that it is a platform for me to get all of my media from one spot. It kind of reminds me of my sonos speaker system for music in a way. I'm sure I have a lot to learn and can't wait to learn about all that Kodi has to offer that I don't know yet. Which is why I joined. I've been reading through the pages of endless information and support and I can't wait to reap these benefits and possibly in time, help someone else out with something I might know.

I guess since I didnt see an inro thread I'll put mine right here in this thread since this is my first question.

How do I get my UFC subscription into my Kodi?

Hi @portse

Am able to watch UFC Fight Night Teixeira vs Evans nice and easy tonight. About the HD feed, here is what I have been able to observe. Currently I see the useragent is simulating iPad, so the call is going out to camera0_hd_ipad.m3u8 iPad useragent seems to have a max bitrate of 2.4 mbit @ 540p according to the masterfile.

Code:
#EXTM3U
#EXT-X-STREAM-INF:PROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=800000
camera0_hd_800_ipad.m3u8
#EXT-X-STREAM-INF:PROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=240000
camera0_hd_240_ipad.m3u8
#EXT-X-STREAM-INF:PROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=150000
camera0_hd_150_ipad.m3u8
#EXT-X-STREAM-INF:PROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=400000
camera0_hd_400_ipad.m3u8
#EXT-X-STREAM-INF:PROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=1200000
camera0_hd_1200_ipad.m3u8
#EXT-X-STREAM-INF:PROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=1600000
camera0_hd_1600_ipad.m3u8
#EXT-X-STREAM-INF:PROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=2400000
camera0_hd_2400_ipad.m3u8

The PC browser useragent on the other hand supports HD 4.5 mbit @ 720p as seen below in the masterfile where the call is to camera0_hd.m3u8

Code:
#EXTM3U
#EXT-X-STREAM-INF:PROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=240000
camera0_hd_240.m3u8
#EXT-X-STREAM-INF:PROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=150000
camera0_hd_150.m3u8
#EXT-X-STREAM-INF:PROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=400000
camera0_hd_400.m3u8
#EXT-X-STREAM-INF:PROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=800000
camera0_hd_800.m3u8
#EXT-X-STREAM-INF:PROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=1200000
camera0_hd_1200.m3u8
#EXT-X-STREAM-INF:PROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=1600000
camera0_hd_1600.m3u8
#EXT-X-STREAM-INF:PROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=2400000
camera0_hd_2400.m3u8
#EXT-X-STREAM-INF:PROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=3000000
camera0_hd_3000.m3u8
#EXT-X-STREAM-INF:PROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=4500000
camera0_hd_4500.m3u8

Thanks for the feedback, siuside. I appreciate it!

You're right about the streams, and HD streams are definitely on the roadmap. As are some additional sections like "Trending Now" and "Recently Added".

However, it does not currently seem like there is as much interest in this addon as I had originally thought, so that will also dictate how much time I'm willing to invest in the project, other than fixing any potential issues, as I do use this myself.
