Translation:
In this Internet age, find an online translator and copy it here in English. And no, I do not have an answer to your question.
And yes, I could translate it for you, but unfortunately, you have to do at least some effort.

Angel the raspberry pi is very slow , it is better to invest a little more and buy something with a more recent processor. also your NAS might not be agile enough to play your heavy iso files, more than anything if needs to do trancoding . You will have to have all your network wired and buy a " htpc " with gigabit ethernet port , I hope your NAS also has it.
I know that the network port of the raspberry pi shares bandwidth with the USB port , that's not good.

Veronica - why GigE for an HTPC though?
100Mbs Ethernet is fine for playback of untouched Blu-rays (which max out at 50Mbs) and there is almost no consumer HD content that is higher bitrate than this and can't be carried over 100Mbs connections (unless you are editing raw footage in ProRes or DNXHD rather than MPEG2/H264/VC-1)
If you are building a server that needs to stream Blu-ray quality streams to multiple client - then GigE is definitely a must, though the clients can still be 100Mbs surely? Otherwise the only reason for GigE is to speed up file transfers across the network to be much faster than realtime.
You're right about the Pi sharing its Ethernet with its USB ports (they all share a single USB connection to the SoC) which means its not a good idea to use a Pi as a NAS for video, but if you are streaming from either local content OR an NFS server (but not at the same time) then surely there isn't a clash - or am I missing something? The Pi has a reasonable enough Ethernet through put for playing most content - and whilst the GUI can be a bit slow, in video playback terms it does rather well. One key thing is to use NFS rather than SAMBA networking as the latter is a bit heavier on the CPU.
