I am using the latest 14.1 build of Kodi on my Amazon Fire TV and find when scrolling on the Home Screen to the Videos menu and choosing either the Library or Files view they then show exactly the same thing.....
Movies
Tv shows
In Progress TV Shows
Recently added movies
etc
etc
etc
etc
etc
etc
....when looking under the Files view when using SPMC I see what has been shared within the library, both Movies and TV Shows in my case, and thus if a TV show can't be picked up due to naming issues I can see it there and change its name etc.
IIRC it used to work that way with the default Gotham build but I can't remember it changing in Helix so that the Library and Files sub-menu option of the Videos section would show the same thing.
I am remembering incorrectly that the Files and Library view under Videos would show different to each other...?
