I have a 3DTV hooked up to my main Kodi box (a Mac Mini), and enabled 3D for this device. It works great, detects SBS in the tags etc.
HOWEVER-I have several other Kodi boxes throughout the house (ATV2, RPi, and Windows machine) that I would like to be able to watch this content on. I'm currently sharing via UPnP, which works great for all content, but loses the 3D tags for 3D content and so the content is displayed as two images side by side on the screen (the raw format), as opposed to in 3D or 3D to 2D converted for 2D TV (local content on those devices works fine). So my question is: is there a way to have the Kodi client know that certain UPnP content is 3D, and deal with it as if it were local content?
