lib/enca/ still needed?

Hi,

is lib/enca/ still needed to compile Kodi?
I can not find any reference neither in makefiles nor in build scripts.
Shall I send a PR?

Regards, Bernd

Why would you need this to compile, I imagine if it was used would be elsewhere. I think karlson2k would be able to answer that.

Removing stuff because you can still compile kodi would leave you with some useless binary in the end hahaha
