You must install the repo and then install the CBC addon from the repo.

You will get that message if you're trying to install the CBC addon by itself and not from the repo. The dependencies need to be loaded from the repo.
This is the reason why I didn't separate the addons and libraries into separate source gits, as someone who is not experienced with having to support these issues went off on a tangent on in a previous post 2168040 (post)
If you think you're doing the right thing, please post a log with debugging enabled when trying to install.
