There was a conversation on GitHub that has been removed. The developer said the next release would be "sooner than later" and he was trying to finish the "ReClock thingy."
In the next couple of months, there will likely be a new version. This is 32-bit/64-bit software, I believe, so it should replace 32-bit ReClock.
