Almost everything, one is a desktop (hd7850), the other is an htpc (gt720), settings are very different, especially because the htpc is less powerful.
With Isengard everything worked correctly.

It's a constant stuttering. Copyback is already setted, and I tried to set acceleration off, but nothing is changed.
Stuttering:
When a movie doesn't start at all
Filters and misc
LAV Splitter settings
LAV Video settings
LAV Audio settings 1
LAV Audio settings 2
Acceleration settings (as I told, I already tried to set it off)
Edit: with the same LAV settings the desktop works perfectly. I just tried it.
Edit 2: I also tried to
- set Enhanced Video Renderer instead of madVR
- update madVR to the latest version
- update gpu drivers to the latest version
- disable ReClock
- disable exclusive mode from madvr (it was already disabled from Kodi)
- change the skin
If you need to see my madVR settings let me know.
