The 980TI is more than capable of NGU Sharp Very High Luma for scaling all conent to 2160p, and it handles HDR fine:

yes it works but the card only has 10gbps output so something is getting compressed somewhere as you need a minimum throughput of 18gbps to get FULL RGB 4K Deep colour @ 60hz.?
