Hi,

I have seen a couple of people mention Titan test builds.

As someone who has jumped ship from the MediaPortal camp, I love this skin. I particularly love the customisability of the menus. You've done a great job getting it to do stuff that cannot be done on MediaPortal.

So, I'd love to follow and contribute to development. How would I go about installing updates/test builds? I installed Titan on a Raspberry Pi 2 using OpenELEC. I don't get any information (yet) about official updates, but I'd like to test the latest and greatest so I can make a useful contribution.

Can anyone help? And sorry for the newbie questions!

Hi Mark,

Like you've figured out (with the help of saitoh183) the skin's beta updates are available on the MediaBrowser repo.

If you want to contribute with the development you can choose to keep in sync with my Github location:

https://github.com/marcelveldt/xbmc.skin.titan

Do not use this to install on your systems because I sometimes check in non-working (or barely tested) stuff..
In that case use the beta versions which I update very frequently.

In case you think you can/want to help me with some stuff just add some code and do a pull request in Github.

You need the subfolder skin.titan.helix for all development. The gotham and isengard folders are just copies with a different ID (the code can handle all kodi versions).

Let me know if you're seriously interested in contributions to the skin, in that case I'll explain a little more in detail about the skins structure and how to build the texture files.
