Marco, I'm kinda stuck on frodo too (sound problems in 13 and on). Replacing the folder on my harddrive with the folder in the zip seems to have fixed TMDB movie scraping for me. GL.

3.8.2 will not install from the .zip (dependencies not met error)
Just copy the metadata.themoviedb.org dir from the zip to your /home/xbmc/.xbmc/addons dir overwriting the old dir

Hi All,

I had FRODO and was advised that TMDB Scraper wont be updated for v12.
So i updated to KODI v14.2 'Helix'..
It didn't fix the problem..

I then found this Thread and updated the Scraper Manually with the ZIP File Post # 50..

Now it is all working perfectly..

Just tested TMDB fix (v3.8.2) on XBMC Frodo (v12) and it works..
So those out there asking if it works yes it does on mine..

Oh & a BIG Thanks to the KODI Team.. Disappointing that TMDB didn't give you a heads up..

i've a new problem ! yesterday it didn't add new film, today ita can't add to my library "bade 3" and "highlander 4" i don't know if the scraper doesn't like other films !

i realized because i've unistalled and reinstalled ! blade 3 was found before !

now it doesn't found movies with the character ":" in the name of file !

You may need to check the TMDB website as some times the years have been updated to reflect differences..
This has caught me out before when i have updated my entire DB..

I've downloaded the zip file and unzipped it, but have no clue as to where I need to put this and set Kodi to see it.

If someone could explain in simple terms I would be most greatfull.

EDIT:
I figured it out. For those that might also not know what to do you need to locate the folder "metadata.themoviedb.org". On my windows 7 system running XBMC 13.0 it was located at:
C:\Users\Bob\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\addons
I deleted the old folder named "metadata.themoviedb.org" and replaced it with the new unzipped one and its contents.

All is good!!!

I've still got some movies which have been correctly scraped a week ago but cannot be scraped with the current version of tmdb.
I'd guess, this happens if (at least) the field "overview" returns null.

I could imagine that the problem is caused by missing quotes if a "null" field is returned.
