if i change the resolution to 4k on my android tv box's settings and play a video in kodi 15.0, it plays on the top left corner.
this issue was present in gotham but was fixed in helix.

Vague descriptions of problems without any details won't likely get a response. Let alone "me too" posts. At least tell us what hardware you have and include a
debug log (wiki).

having the same problem.
every time I go to watch a video, it is zoomed into the top right hand corner. If I use the video calibration to make the picture "fit" and then go back to the Kodi home screen, everything is shrunk and have large blank sections on the bottom and right of the picture.
I've only had the problem since updating to 15 Isengard. I've also re-download and re-installed, without success
I'm using an android M8 box
