Howdy guys,
I've written an addon for kodi for premierleaguepass.com
Unfortunately it is only accessible from New Zealand or anywhere in the world with a smart DNS service.
The trouble I am having is that when playing the m3u8 streams the CPU usage screams up to 100% and the stream begins to stutter.
The lower the bitrate the less of a stutter.
Is there any known issues with ffmpeg and the handling of HLS streams?
Or am I doing something wrong?
