How do I set up my Prometheus box with full settings? Access to all films etc etc?

When I go through the update process and select to copy files from preconfigured to back up it tells me that one or more files couldn't be copied and operation is aborted. How do I sort this out?

Where are your films stored and how do you access them? Smb? Nfs?

"Full settings" doesn't make sense.

Where do you store your films? Network drive? Local drive?
