Multiple files of the same movie - Is it possible to select which file to play?

Question
Hi guys,

I wanted to find out if it is possible to have multiple files of the same movie or tv episode and select which of the files to play when clicking on play in Kodi.

For example, let's say we have these 2 files in these locations:

Code:
/movies/Toy Story (1995)/ToyStory1080p.mp4
/elsewhere/random/movies/Toy Story (1995)/ToyStory720p.mp4

After scraping, Kodi lists both movies separately despite being the same movie. Does anyone know if it's possible to have the movie listed singularly so when I click on the movie and then hit the play button, I can select the source?

Couldn't seem to find anything on the wiki or by searching so would appreciate if anyone can tell me if this is possible or not (probably not).

Thank you Wink

you will need to have modified NFO files to distinguish the movies (I.e. 1080 or 720) http://kodi.wiki/view/NFO_files

They will still show up as separate in your movie list, but now you will know what is what.
I really have no idea what I am talking about. Proceed with caution. I confuse easily. And drink. A lot.

Actually, there's no need for NFO files. Kodi can edit the titles of the two entries directly from the GUI by going to the context menu -> Manage -> Edit title.
