Going to be needing something to batch adjust the volume of my new library of over 2000 music videos to all match each other, and I'd like to hear some advice before I try something that ruins all my files...preferably a free option
Thanks

You probably don't like my answer, but I use Audacity to launch ffmpeg to strip the audio, then replay gain the audio file. I then use a script to have ffmpeg put the RG'ed audio track back into the file. Unfortunately Audacity doesn't have the ability to do this in a batch mode (it seems to only be possible if you use an Audacity-native exporter rather than ffmpeg).
