Tone mapping will automatically be enabled when HDR10 content is played. So it shouldn't need a profile unless you want to have separate settings for 24 fps and 60 fps content.
If you want the other settings to align with the tone mapping, then you need to create profile groups for this like scaling algorithms using the 4K resolution as the trigger for the profile rather than the HDR metadata in the file that triggers the use of tone mapping.
