Support for having Audio DSP addons have been addon, but no addons.

On Windows they are included like PVR add-ons, installed but disabled. On Linux they are installable with a package manager (at least on Ubuntu where Kodi has an official PPA). I'm not sure about the other platforms, though. I can't find any information about it, and I tried asking a couple of times. *shrug*
