no subtitle service available

hi. just got a new rpi and installed latest osmc but can not seem to be able to install any subtitle services.
i have followed the guide here

but at step 4 i do not have the get more button. all i have is none and cancel.

I haven't used OSMC so I can't answer that question.

Check if there are any subtitle add-ons listed if you go here: Settings -> Add-ons ->Install from repository ->Subtitles

strange... i just found this guide

and after i installed the opensubtitles service the "get more" button appeared. seems odd that you have to have one service installed in order to "get more"

I would check to make sure you have settings set to level expert.

likely a skin issue with a wrong display condition for the "get more..." button
