Hi got a laptop windows 7 been using kodi for a while no problem I updated to 16 Jarvis now when I start kodi all I get is the blue screen nothing else can't even turn kodi off? I have to press ctrl and alt and delete so I can get task manager up so I can kill it then don't know what I've done I have uninstalled and reinstalled nothings changed I have downloaded from kodi webpage not to good with computers so need help thank you

What graphics card do you have? Could be problems with DX11. Does Kodi 15 work if you install it?

Hi not to sure what version I had on there, my computers is 4 to 5 years old not sure about graphics card and how would I get the older version? thanks for your help
