Try build #0430 and #0501. If TuneIn hangs with build #0501 but not #0430, then it's most likely the same problem affecting YouTube (and probably Quasar), ie. PR9664.
Yup. You nailed it. TuneInRadio runs fine on build #430 and hangs on #501.
