Have you tried Tvheadend 4.0?

I know speaking with the devs there were certainly a lot of changes between those versions which is why both are in the repository.

I'm using v4.0 on jarvis with no issues.

Have not tried krypton with livetv yet.

i think the transcoding sucked me in will have a look at 4.0... your probably right as i recall a more stable setup than this running krypton before so can only assume i may have been running 40 before? getting old and forgetting!
