On my friend TV 4k we testing intel braswell based on CPU J3160
Is no problem to play 4k movies HEVC 8bit when resolution is setup 1080p - then 4k movies work with downscaling - no problem
But we was unable to play any movie 4k when with setuped example 1440p or 2160k res.
(we used samples from kodi - wiki )
