Be aware: FernetMenta and I don't have any hardware here, we cannot test anything, we cannot support anything. As you are on your own I also won't post the kodi vaapi hevc 10 bit patch, but I give you a hint: check if ffmpeg's avctx profile is FF_PROFILE_HEVC_MAIN_10 and if that's the case set the profile of vaapi to VAProfileHEVCMain10.
After that check if the driver supports it. The change is a two liner if (ffmpeg's 10 bit profil) set vaapi profile to Main10 else to Main.
