After I upgraded to Jarvis on my Windows 10 box I have had this strange Audio issue. I can hear the sound fine but it has a stutter about ever 3-4 seconds. This only started since I have upgraded to Jarvi.
I have installed the lastest versions of Jarvis, tried a different HDMI card incase it was a hardware or driver issue. Played around with the audio inputs in Kodi but still no luck.
I can play the videos fine on the same machine using VLC player, so that seems to confirm its not a file or hardware issue.
I have a standard Win 10 PC and I'm using the Audio and Video over the HDMI cable.
Can anyone help me with this issue
