I am very interested in using:

"Kodi Audio Mixer"

I really don't understand why I cannot find it in:

Settings
Add-ons
Install from repository (v15/v16) / Get add-ons (v14)
Kodi add-on repository
Program Add-ons

Please help or just tell me how I can "balance" the sound of the audio channels (I.E.: Left 40% Right 60%).

If I had to guess, that was removed with the Jarvis release. It saddens me also because I have been in desperate need of boosting the volume. I have a really loud pair of headphones, yet even at max volume they sound weak. The only hope I have is DPS kodi plugin called "BiQuad Filters". Unfortunately, using that adds a serious hissing sound too every music track. I can relate to your struggle to add Bass/Treble.
