There are various add-ons like USTVNow and ABC in the official repo or in repos which are supported by threads here. It depends on quite what you want.
But please also read the notes on free content (wiki) - we do not support piracy here, only genuine free-to-stream sites from the original media owners and proper paid subscription services. We do not supply media (shows, channels or movies).
