ive just brought a tuner card,and have gone into kodi settings to enable it but its says no pvr installed.then it is supposed to take me to disabled pvrs but it dosent do anything.i cant find any pvrs mythtv etc on my kodi.

Have you installed, configured and enabled the pvr.mythtv addon? You need to do that before you can enable LiveTV.

where is addon what repositry ,do i do that in lumbuntu or kodi
