I got a new MyGica 1800E Android box a little over a month ago and I can NOT get it to download and play the movies/shows I want to watch. I am a Luddite and can't figure out this technology stuff. Do you have a 1-800 number or something so I can get help to get Kodi working? I can't believe such a large company wouldn't have a customer service number. Please help me! I'm virtually computer illiterate and disabled and need to speak to someone that knows this stuff on the phone.
