I have a Sunvell T95 TV Box with KODI version 16.1 preinstalled.

In my ADD-ON menu there is no CLIENT PVR or PVR IPTV SIMPLE CLIENT selection.

Can you suggest me a way to install these ADD-ONs ?

Reinstall Kodi.

If you received the device with Kodi installed, there is no guarantee that the version of Kodi installed is the latest. There is also no way to ensure that the version you are using hasn't been modified in some way.
