OK so we are looking at a feature to show Logo artwork for Add-ons in Kodi and on the front-end repository.

This feature will only be implemented if people show some interest making them...

I have been wanting to change/update my current logo to more match the uppercase besides the "i" look that I have chosen to use in the skin and my username.

Current logo:

Would really appreciate a new one for the skin.

Are there any rules as far as size and aspect ratio? Are transparent backgrounds ok?

Do not start to make up new rules. Maintain the rules from fanart.tv as you can then reuse the current views without needing to adjust.

Yep as Martijn says:

Rules
- 800 wide x 310 long
- Transparent PNG
- 10 pixel gutter on each side on the widest or longest part
- Always test on both dark and white backgrounds (Apply a drop shadow or glow to make it work on both)

You can use this template to test it in GIMP or Photoshop

This will future proof them for a 4K world Wink

Any ideas what font you want the "silvo" name to be in?

Ah, I was confused when you said "banner artwork", as that is quite different. I'll create a clear logo for Mimic and post it here.

Oh, jiminy... That is a tough one. I will comb through that site today.

I don't have much faith in my artistic ability so if you have any ideas for something that will look good I am sure it would be better than anything I might pick Wink
