Can you upload a ~30MB file somewhere ? I yes you don't need the ffmpeg part.
Download QSVEnc_2.60.zip from here https://onedrive.live.com/?id=6BDD4375AC...75AC8933C6
decompress QSVEnc_2.60.zip and go in QSVEnc_2.60\QSVEncC\x64 folder to see QSVEncC64.exe.
copy http://forum.videohelp.com/attachments/3...080p50.mkv in this folder with QSVEncC64.exe ( QSVEnc_2.60\QSVEncC\x64 )
download https://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/win64/...static.zip decompress and copy ffmpeg.exe ( from bin folder ) in QSVEnc_2.60\QSVEncC\x64 folder.
Create a new text document test.txt in QSVEnc_2.60\QSVEncC\x64 folder with these 3 lines (you can copy/paste ):
QSVEncC64.exe --check-features features.txt
QSVEncC64.exe -i SVT_1080p50.mkv --vbr 5000 -o result.mkv
ffmpeg -i SVT_1080p50.mkv -i result.mkv -lavfi ssim;[0:v][1:v]psnr -f null - > metrics.txt 2>&1
rename the test.txt to test.bat with .bat instead of .txt ( see here if the extensions is hidden https://www.file-extensions.org/article/...windows-10 )
double click on test.bat
If all is good you have now 3 new files features.txt, metrics.txt and result.mkv
Pastbin features.txt and metrics.txt and if possible upload somwhere result.mkv ( ~30 MB )
Got it, will test it when i get home!!!!
