Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has 1 minute live video from their various traffic cameras.

I would like to be able to add some of the PA Web Cams using IPTV or kodi addon. Saving the stream
information as a .strm does not work, it only works while your browser is on their web page.
Thanks in advance if anyone has ideas on how to make this work or decides to make an addon to share with all.
