Just a question, is there anyway to disable cpu scaling? on Apollo lake it seems to be stuck at 800Mhz, even whene using hevc 10bit software mode cpu is 100% but shows 800Mhz.
Setting gov to performance and even try to disable pstate but still 800Mhz, also in bios disable C1 ish, this worked on baytrail.
