Based on tip of LibreELEC.tv master (a5bf4d28, changelog) and tip of XBMC master (69f4545b, changelog) with the following modifications: Build Highlights:
  1. New 4.10.13 kernel
  2. connman: update to 1.34 and drop patches
  3. Kodi: Revert "DVDDemuxFFMPEG: Increase FFMPEG_FILE_BUFFER_SIZE to 128K"
  4. Drop incompatible pvr.iptvsimple bump
