Based on your logs...

Xorg.log: https://pastebin.com/raw/SxZNdrcJ
journalctl: https://pastebin.com/raw/66GS3Wgy
kodi.log: https://pastebin.com/raw/pyawkwZ1 (from #0429, non-working)
kodi.old.log: https://pastebin.com/raw/3mnx2sNR (from #0417, working)

it would appear you no longer have a working HDMI1:

Code:
Apr 30 14:18:37 LibreELEC kodi.sh[666]: /usr/lib/kodi/kodi-xrandr: Output HDMI1 is not disconnected but has no modes

I'm not entirely sure what would cause this. We did remove a legacy i915 turbo patch in the #0418 build but this is supposedly now fixed in the 4.10.13 kernel.

Can you try the following 4.11-rcX builds to see if any of them work:

4.11-rc8: http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=...pid2576062
4.11-rc7: http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=...pid2573242
