Assuming AMD pull their finger out.
These test builds are essentially LE9 (with Kodi 18), which isn't going to be released until the end of the year, by which time the mainline kernel will be 4.14 so if you don't mind waiting (and assuming AMD do a good job) then the latest AMD hardware should be better supported.
