Not sure about your issue, but both Amazon and Netflix with #0710 on Skylake NUC are crashing for me - all I see is a "green screen" at the start of playback, then a crash.
Debug-enabled crashlogs: Amazon, Netflix.
Amazon and Netflix with #0709 on the same hardware are both working fine.
RPi3 with #0710 has no issues with Amazon or Netflix, so this seems to be an x86-specific issue starting with #0710.
