Hi Milhouse,

My wireless USB keyboard is not allowing entry into input boxes. I've only just switched over to x86 and gone back a few builds to test but this problem seems to persist. Not an issue in 17.x.
All other keys work.

Will adding permissions to TTY solve this?

I can confirm the Problem with the Keyboard. This Problem i have also at Windows Kodi x64 after version KodiSetup-20171123-cc10efe-master-x64.exe (last working for me).

Yes, the issue with physical keyboard entry in dialogs is reproducible on Raspberry Pi builds also (since #1124). The most likely candidate is:

 

• XBMC:
  • kill g_Windowing, another nasty global (PR:13047, 6 commits, 172 files changed)
    

 Must be a Kodi issue, Windows 64 builds have the same problem.
