As your NUC7i7BNH is a Kaby Lake, have you searched for answers in the Kaby Lake thread?
Also, it's not unusual to see people having problems with Denon amps - they seem to be quite picky. Maybe a custom edid will help you - see if anyone can help you in the linked thread.
