Things are changing..... Here https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=197731#c0 is a patch which solves the problem with the Tevii USB Receiver. The patch is for dw2102.c.. Perhaps you could apply this patch in further versions? Thank you in advance.
