Also, on boot I need to switch inputs to get CEC to work (using Pulse8 adapter). Happy to provide any info that is required.
Lastly, I get coloured line a few pixels high occasionally at the top of the screen, it doesn't last long and only happens in menus.
A debug log (wiki) might prove useful to anyone that is willing to investigate any of your issues.
If these are recent issues then knowing when they start would be helpful.
