I recently had a malware issue at home, my NUC libreelec box got hosed, the smb shared folders were damaged. Now, my MCE remotes are not working. Degug log: http://ix.io/1qM0.

Somehow the on-board IR receiver couldn't be enabled - did you maybe disable it in the BIOS or change any other BIOS settings?
