I'm having trouble getting my joystick to work in Kodi 17.0. I'm using a PS4 controller with Windows 10. The d-pad buttons don't work at all. The other buttons (and analog sticks) seem to be working properly.
I've been editing the XML file for the PS4 controller, right now the "Left","Right","Up", and "Down" functions are mapped to <hat id="1" position="(direction">. If I map the functions to other buttons on the controller, they work fine. It looks like the system is just not recognizing the d-pad inputs as matching those in the config file. Is there a way I can test how Kodi recognizes the input for each button press?
