I have a KM8 Pro Android marshmallow box which was working fine & for some reason lost all sound. Picture & video fine but No Sound. I was receiving sound through my home theater but for some reason lost sound But fine on my Roku (no problem) which makes me think it's either Krypton or something with the box. Can anyone Please try & Help me?

Have you got a red speaker icon with a line through it? You've probably muted Kodi.

Some options:

Connect a keyboard and press either F8. + or = (Keyboard controls (wiki)).
Play something, open the on-screen display, select audio and subtitles and raise the volume there.
