I can't find Finnish language from regional settings anymore. I'm using Krypton.

Ahhhh that's because Finland doesn't actually exist, so it was removed.....
Jokes aside, I just checked and its on my install.

Well, deleting all the settings and reinstalling seems to resolve it.
