Hello. I have installed and used various versions of Kodi on my Apple TV 4. The latest version from May 29, 2017 is giving me some problems. I use Xcode to install and it does run on my Apple TV but when I go to perform an action that requires text input, nothing happens. For instance I will go to FILE MANAGER, ADD SOURCE and in the fields where the onscreen keyboard used to pop up, it no longer does. Therefore I cannot add any sources. I have tried in other areas where the keyboard should come up and nothing happens. I have tried with my Apple TV remote as well as other universal remotes and no luck. Any suggestions?

Did you really try to bring up the keyboard during the session from this log? I just installed the last version of kodi on my atv4 and the native onscreen keyboard just comes up fine when adding a source and hitting a textbox for textual input.

Was having the same issue and tried to install the above build, but I'm getting "App Installation Failed. There was an internal API error."
Any advice on what is wrong here?
Seem to have managed: Please ignore.
