Hi,

I have an issue with sycing downloded subtitles to the actual Video file I'm trying to watch, please can somone help me?

I checked other threads and can't seem to find a soloution that I can manage myself.

What is the sync issue? Is it only shifted (constant diff between voice and sub), or is the difference growing as the movie progresses?
I believe the There is a dialog you can open from the video play screen (furniture). This only solves a shifted sub, tho.
Alternatives:
1) check out the major subtitle sites to find one that is synchronised with ur movie
2) (assuming its an srt file) use the subshifter tool (google it) to resync your srt with ur movie

Gosh thank you for replying.

The subtitles don't run along side the same speed with the film I need the subtitles for .

I read a bit about running subtitles and I tried to matched the same subtitle download to the programe I'm watching but as I said the timing is off and goes more off as the film progresses.

I think I'm already using the main major subtitle site.

Will try option 2

subshifter will likely fix your progressive mismatch in the sub
It saved tens of movies for me
