I have a new MECOOL bb2 octa core without kodi on it. I tried to install 17.3, but i won't install. I tried from Kodi and Play store. What am i missing besides some brain cells lol.

I don't believe it is "Android TV" - that is just some bullshit advertising to confuse potential buyers.
